Lissa Steele is an honors graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School. She has acted as an alumni interviewer and served on the Yale Alumni Fund for over 20 years. An attorney at Skadden Arps LLP for 10 years, Lissa has since applied her analytical skills and drafting experience to the admissions process. She leads OneGoal's independent school, college, and graduate school counseling and admissions branch.

Drew Coyne, Director of Testing
Cornell B.S., Harvard Ed.M.
Drew holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University, a B.S. from Cornell University, and is currently an AP Economics, US History Honors, and Current Issues teacher at Staples High School (Westport, CT). Drew has helped students around the world prepare for standardized tests and has taught SAT and ACT classes at Philips-Exeter Academy (NH), Sidwell Friends School (DC), King Low Heywood Thomas School (CT), and Saugatuck Rowing Club (CT). Drew also led SSAT classes at Belmont Day School (MA). Through these experiences, Drew works to develop individualized testing strategies for all learners, emphasizing the importance of analytical reasoning and verbal skills for constructing sound arguments. Beyond teaching, Drew interviews for Cornell and has advised international teen service trips with Builders Beyond Borders.
Drew is an instructor of the ISEE, SSAT, PSAT, SAT, and ACT. He also works with students to prepare for the AP Micro and Macroeconomics exams. As Director of Testing, Drew oversees OneGoal's test prep strategy, tutor training, and performance management. He also support's OneGoal's LGBT students in navigating the college-admissions process.

John Murphy, Director of Development
Dartmouth B.A.
John Murphy holds dual B.A. from Dartmouth College. Prior to OneGoal, John worked at innovative legal startup Axiom, where he was responsible for developing relationships with executives at Fortune 500 companies. John has experience designing curriculum at Columbia Business School and is a Dartmouth alumni interviewer.
John is an instructor of the SAT and ACT, and has experience working with students with learning differences and extended time. As Director of Development, John oversees OneGoal's marketing, business development, and practice management strategy.
